The Department of Student Affairs at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is dedicated to fostering a supportive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students. Our mission being a department that is excellent superrior and giving quality service to students towards achieving UniMAP objective as a academic institutions and research that is competitive in international arena.  This Client Charter outlines our commitment to delivering high-quality services and maintaining a standard of excellence in all interactions with our students.

Department of Student Affairs (JHEP) Client Charter are :

  • Student Engagement and Development

    • Leadership Programs: Develop and offer leadership training programs to empower students to become effective leaders in their communities.
    • Clubs and Organizations: Support a diverse range of student clubs and organizations to encourage student involvement and community building.
    • Cultural and Recreational Activities: Organize cultural, recreational, and social events that enrich the student experience and foster a vibrant campus life.
  • Student Welfare and Advocacy

    • Financial Aid and Scholarships: Provide information and assistance on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding opportunities to support students' educational pursuits.
    • Housing Services: Ensure safe, comfortable, and affordable housing options for students living on campus.
    • Student Advocacy: Represent and advocate for student interests and rights within the university administration.
  • Administrative Services

    • Efficient Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with students through various channels, including email, social media, and campus announcements.
    • Responsive Service: Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
